Transit Insurance

If your business involves the movement of  products or livestock between locations, cover can be obtained for loss or damage that may occur during this movement.

This cover can apply to large corporations involved in the import or export of large quantities of stock or similarly to a small business that has stock either delivered into the business or even delivered to customers.

Cover can be obtained for transit by Air, Road, Rail and Sea, depending on your individual requirements a policy would be tailored for your specific business.

The types of claims that can be covered under this policy include Fire, Storm, Theft, Collision, Overturning/Sinking of the conveying vehicle or boat.  In addition a full accidental loss or damage cover can be obtained in most circumstances.
