Management Liability Insurance

If you operate as a Pty Ltd Company, the personal responsibilities that you have as a director can be quite onerous, and potentially expose your personal assets to potential legal action.

Management Liability provides cover for claims lodged against Directors for their actions/inactions and can extend to include the following;

  • Pollution Defence Costs
  • Pecuniary Penalties (such as workcover fines/penalties)

The Insurance does not provide protection for a Director who acts with willful misconduct, but will protect the remaining directors.
